Suffolk Christian Academy wanted to move beyond a simple school website and create a modern digital home for their families. They needed a site that clearly communicated who they are, reflected the excellence of their academic programs, and made it easy for parents and students to find important information. Their goal was to build a central online resource that could support enrollment, communication and day-to-day school activities.
The Challenge
Before reaching out to us, Suffolk Christian Academy relied on a website that was visually outdated, hard to navigate and difficult to manage. Critical documents were scattered across different pages, many weren’t mobile-friendly, and families often couldn’t find what they needed.

Suffolk Christian Academy is a true testament to more than three decades of dedication to providing excellent education and spiritual guidance within the Suffolk, VA region. It all started back in 1988 as a small weekday school ministry. Fast forward to today, the academy offers an amazing learning environment to over 270 students from Pre-K3 to 12th grade. Throughout its journey, marked by remarkable growth and transformation, the academy has become an integral part of the community. The legacy of Suffolk Christian Academy lives on through its students and alumni, who are exceptionally prepared for their future endeavors.

A single place for families to find everything they need
Parent & Student Portal Experience
We developed a dedicated Parent/Student Portal that organizes all daily-use resources in one easy-to-navigate location. Families can now quickly access lunch menus, academic calendars, athletic schedules, chapel information, registration links, school events and more — all from a simple dashboard that works beautifully on desktop and mobile.
A clear layout that reflects every campus and grade level SCA serves
Multi-Campus, Multi-Grade Level Site Structure
Suffolk Christian Academy serves students from Preschool (Pre-K3/Pre-K4) through 12th grade, spread across their Lower School and Upper School campuses. We redesigned the site architecture to clearly highlight each campus and organized all academics into simple grade-level groups: Preschool, Elementary (K–5), Middle School (6–8) and High School (9–12).
This structure makes it easy for families to understand where their child fits, explore the programs for their specific grade level and see how SCA supports students through every stage of their education.
